Support contracts may be purchased with the initial from the "Buy" menu or by contacting us. Maintenance (software update subscriptions) are also available to ensure you are always up-to-date.

Tickets

Support tickets (help requests for any issues) can be submitted via the menu above "Support Request". You will receive a unique ID for each issue and be updated with progress. Usual response time is under an hour.
